What is the role of a teacher in promoting and creating a positive teaching and learning culture? How to address and meet the needs and aspirations of students and parents? How to widen critical thinking and problem solving skills among students? How to maintain public relations? How to promote student leadership and personality development? What are the ethical practices need to be adhered in the workplace?
To address these key issues, induction and capacity building programme for the newly appointed PGTs is organized at TSIPARD, Hyderabad, with an objective of developing highly competent teachers who can play a pivotal role in transforming the TSWRE institutions into vibrant learning centres
